Level 1 -Reiki Workshop.

The initiation for the first level starts to open you permanently to the universal ray we call REIKI. Reiki Level 1 training and Attunement is geared towards personal health. It provides all the knowledge required for self-treatments and for delivering therapy to your friends and family.
It teaches you how to heal yourself and others with Reiki energy on the physical level. It also enhances your own self-confidence, self-worth, personal development and health strongly.
- Learn about: The History of Reiki and what Reiki healing is.
- The Reiki Principles
- The Seven Major Chakras
- The Aura, how to scan, cleanse and protect it.
- The hand positions used for self-treatment and for healing others.
- Experience guided meditations.
You will also be shown how to do a full body treatment and will both give and receive a full treatment.
You will receive:
- A Reiki Attunement, a spiritual initiation that will open the channels in your body to channel higher amounts of Universal Life Force Energy
- A level 1 Reiki manual
- Reiki 1 Certificate
- Ongoing support and advice
3 weeks after the attunement weekend, a share will be organised for all students to answer any questions, to go over any of the techniques used and to give and receive Reiki treatments.
